Gavin McMahon’s Story
Originally trained as an engineer, Gavin McMahon was always fascinated by how things worked and how they could be improved. Over time, that curiosity expanded from machines and technology to businesses and people. He became increasingly interested in why people make decisions, how leaders influence behavior, and what makes ideas succeed or fail inside organizations. This curiosity led him to focus on leadership, storytelling, and business transformation—helping leaders communicate better, lead change, and move organizations forward.
